The Tiangong Space Station consists of the Tianhe Core Module, Wentian Lab Module and Mengtian Lab Module. It serves as both a comprehensive base for space science experiments and a safe, habitable "space home".

On 16 October, 2021, Chinese astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu went aboard Shenzhou-13 to the Tiangong Space Station, where they stationed and began their six-month space mission.

The Tianhe Core Module plays a crucial role in the command and control of space station operations. It also supports rendezvous and docking of various spacecraft.

The space station uses a water recycling system to efficiently recover astronauts’ perspiration and urine. It addresses the issue of water resources in space effectively.

The space station offers Chinese delicacies, such as dumplings and spicy duck, to meet both the taste and nutritional demands of the astronauts.

Among the Shenzhou-13 missions, two spacewalks were completed. The cameras captured the great moments of the three astronauts working together to successfully complete their extravehicular activities in succession.

The astronauts undertook a six-month mission at Tiangong Space Station and celebrated the Chinese Lunar New Year in space for the first time.

To alleviate muscle atrophy and osteoporosis caused by long-term weightlessness, astronauts must maintain a regular exercise routine. They keep spending several hours every day on special fitness equipment, such as the space treadmill and space bike, to keep in good shape.

In the weightless and confined space of the spacecraft, astronauts have to overcome various psychological hurdles. Working side-by-side in close quarters, they become each other’s strongest support bonded by hardships and happiness.
