Does the Museum provide storage services?

To ensure a pleasant visit for everyone, please do not bring large objects and bags, and any items which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others into the Museum (such as strollers, etc.). Museum staff have the right to request visitors to deposit their personal belongings at the counter.

How many days for advance booking of the Museum's admission tickets?

Admission tickets for both Space Theatre and Exhibition Halls can be booked in advance for 7 days (including on-the-day and the following six days).

How to collect the online purchased tickets?

Tickets can be collected at Box Office or Self-service Ticketing Kiosks at the Museum during Museum opening hours, or at other Urbtix Box Office or Kiosks in other venues.

Is camping allowed at the Astropark?

No camping is allowed at the Astropark. However, there is camping area at the nearby Chong Hing Water Sports Centre for public.
